Low-Maintenance, Organic Foodscapes

For the last decade I have been developing design strategies and techniques for converting lawn (or pasture) into organic vegetable gardens. These are human-scale, low-input, sustainable foodscapes. Because every property is different and every client is different, there is no one formula. I employ a design strategy that maximizes locally available materials and natural energy flows while creating beautiful, low-maintenance gardens. This is a permaculture approach to sustainable living.

Here are some examples of my work.
